Location: The special economic zone is located at Svay Rieng City, 4 km from the city center,95 km from Hu Zhiming International Airport in Vietnam, 105 km from the Sihanoukville international port.

Zone plan: The special economic zone has a total plan area of 360 hectares. The first period plan covers an area of 213 hectares and the second covers an area of 147 hectares.

Zone development: Textile & clothing, light industry products, food processing and machinery & electronics as leading industries.

Infrastructure: Land: industrial land, with solid geology. Water: the zone is close to lake, with capacity of 450 million cubic meters, which can be used as industrial water. Road: 30 meters wide 4-lane dual carriageway. Electricity: the electric circuit was drawn from Svay Rieng City, which provides with stable electricity, and transformer station supplies with 7000 KV electricity. Communication: basic communication services such as Internet, telephone, fax. Sewage and waste material management: planning to build solid waste incineration plant and sewage treatment facilities which process 10000 cubic meters per day. The traffic is conventient, and land transportation and shipping time is short with low transportation cost. There is no open-package inspection through Vietnam.
